Return policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your
    item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received
    it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the
    receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A store credit will be sent to you for the cost of the item minus the return shipping.
    This credit will have no expiration date.
  • We are responsible for items shipped to you, but you are responsible for any return
    items.
  • Returns will only be accepted if this 360 ID Tag remains attached.
  • Returns may be made in store or by mail..

Refunds

We do not offer refunds; however, we do offer store credit for returned items, with no expiration date.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and
once the return is accepted, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item
purchased minus shipping and handling fees.

Gift Returns:

  • Exchanges will be made with a gift receipt on new, unused, unworn, items in original
    condition, with tags, within 15 days.
  • Sale and holiday are final sale.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders
    or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for items that have been
    damaged in your possession. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns
    about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
